Bio
Recent accomplishments include taking part in Kaleo Philips Debut solo Album, E Mama, which got on the premiere list for the 2019 Grammy Awards and a Na Hoku Hano Hano nomination in Hawaiian Music as well.  Also, Tiana was Artist featured in this year’s July-August issue of Ke ‘Ola Magazine. Celebrating her first year of sponsorship by Hilo Ukulele & Guitar Shop owner, Rick Jichaku, and long time mentorship of international Hawaiian Music Artist, Ben Ka’ili, her next focus is releasing a duet with long tie Hawaiian Reggae Artist, Damon Williams. Directing the Hilo & Puna Women’s Choruses in-between studio work, playing music festivals, and touring inner island as well as various parts of the US, Tiana also is a mother of 2 and life partner on a small organic family farm, living off grid.

Multi-genre acoustic artist Tiana Malone Jennings started her musical journey in Seaside, OR at age 14, after losing a bet with a friend that forced her to join choir. Fortunately, she loved it so much that by junior year she was in 3 different choirs and had joined her first band. Working hard in College to finish her degree, she found herself on an unexpected journey to Hawaii. Living with a mesh of worldly cultures & eclectic musicians who are neighbors to the Volcano Goddess Pele has been a humbling, soul-changing experience, and her heartfelt, straightforward music reflects that.

Tiana composed the music for the web-series Pele Ma, and won a Big Island music Award for her singles “Rise to The Thoughts” and “To the Sky(Solo Style).” She has opened for Hawaiian artists like Hapa, John Cruz, Syril Pahinui, and John Keawe, and enjoys playing local venues such as Uncle Robert’s Awa Bar, Volcano arts Ctr, and the Palace Theater. On top of performing and recording, she is a voice and music teacher in her spare time.
